🥒 Meet the Salty Pickles
Alexis
is a right‑handed enthusiast hailing from Huntington Station, NY. She is more competitive than most but brings laughter and joy along with the occasional paddle throw.
Think of her as the strategic sniper of the pickleball court—unassuming until she drops a dink right where it hurts.
Dieu
has got a double backhand that smokes as it passes you. A Long Island native based in Hicksville, NY, known by her sweet personality and kind soul. But, don’t be fooled, she’s always ready to make you think twice about your next shot in her direction.
A doubles dynamo who plays clean, keeps pace, and laughs off every questionable call (even the ones she makes herself).
A Salty Pair
Together, they are two amateur but adorable Long Island ladies who paddle hard, laugh harder, and think pickleball is best served with extra salt. Follow along for drills, thrills, spills—and pickleball real talk.
Why “Salty Pickles”?
Because life (and pickleball) on Long Island sometimes gives you lemons—or errant serves—and sometimes you just gotta add pickle brine.
A well-placed pun, a spicy opinion, and a shared fandom for the quirky side of court life.
What’s the podcast about?
A growing series of podcasts about pickleball culture, and the snarky commentary nobody asked for—but that everyone secretly wants.
Inside scoops on Long Island’s pickleball scene, favorite snacks between sets, and our mutual obsession with perfecting the kitchen shot (and dad jokes).
